Van Drew Blasts Sherrill’s Lies About Charlie Kirk

September 19, 2025 — United States Congressman Jeff Van Drew released the following statement in response to Congresswoman and New Jersey Democrat Gubernatorial Candidate Mikie Sherrill  demonizing the memory of Charlie Kirk by spreading demonstrably false claims about his political beliefs. 

“Mikie Sherrill continuing to spew the Radical Left’s vile, disgusting, and hate filled rhetoric that ultimately got Charlie Kirk killed shows why she’s grossly unqualified to be New Jersey’s next Governor,” said United States Congressman Jeff Van Drew (R – South Jersey). “No matter how many times these lies about Charlie Kirk have been disproven, Sherrill and many others on the Left just refuse to let the truth get in the way of the story they want to tell. Enough is enough and I have no doubt that the people of New Jersey will see right through it and elect Jack Ciattarelli in November.”
